These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Easy Purchase Investment (EPI) project, an initiative of Elio e-Com, a subsidiary of Saoirse IT Solutions LLP. By participating in EPI, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

1. About Saoirse IT Solutions LLP and EPI

Saoirse IT Solutions LLP is the parent company of Elio e-Com, an innovative e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products and services.

The Easy Purchase Investment (EPI) project is a unique initiative by Elio e-Com, aimed at empowering users to invest small amounts daily to purchase premium products affordably. This project reflects the commitment of both Saoirse IT Solutions LLP and Elio e-Com to deliver affordability, quality, and user-centric solutions.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Participation is limited to residents of India unless specified otherwise.
• A valid government-issued ID and contact information are required for registration.

3. Registration

• Users must complete the registration process via the Elio e-Com app or the official website.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration.
• Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

4. Investment Structure

• Participants must invest a predetermined daily amount towards their chosen product.
• The investment tenure will vary based on the product price and will be clearly communicated at the start of the scheme.
• Daily contributions must be made through the app or designated payment gateways.

5. Product Selection

• Participants can choose from a list of eligible products at the time of enrollment.
• Changes to the selected product are not allowed once the scheme has started.

6. Completion of Scheme

• Upon successful completion of the investment tenure, the participant is entitled to receive their chosen product.
• The product will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of scheme completion.

7. Referral Program

• Participants can refer up to 10 individuals and earn daily commissions on their investments.
• Referrals must register and actively participate in the scheme for the referrer to earn rewards.
• Any misuse or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Discounts and Lucky Draws

• Participants are eligible for exclusive discounts on the product price.
• Participants may enter lucky draws for additional benefits, subject to terms specified at the time of the draw.

9. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made daily, and failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.
• Saoirse IT Solutions LLP is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

10. Delivery

• Products will be delivered within 7 business days after scheme completion.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• Delays caused by incorrect information or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Saoirse IT Solutions LLP.

11. Termination and Refunds

• Participants can cancel their scheme anytime; however, refunds are subject to deductions for administrative costs.
• In the case of scheme discontinuation by the company, full refunds will be provided to participants.

12. User Obligations

• Participants must adhere to all rules and avoid fraudulent activities.
• Breach of any terms will result in immediate termination of participation.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.

14. Modification of Terms

• Saoirse IT Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

15. Liability

• The company’s liability is limited to the product price or refund of invested amounts.
